Band Opportunity for upcoming freshman and upcoming 8th graders! We are sharing the info from VHS Band...
Upcoming Freshmen band students will need to attend after-school practice at VHS starting next Tuesday, April 1st. This will continue on Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month. Rising 8th grade band students will be given the opportunity to march with us during their 8th grade year too! The practices are required for the upcoming 8th grade if they wish to march during their 8th grade year. This is only extended to existing band students.
Upcoming freshmen who are interested in trying out for color guard should begin coming to these as well. No experience required. They don't have to have been involved with band during middle school to try out!
There is a band booster meeting tomorrow night at 6 PM in the VHS theatre. Attendance is crucial because we will be discussing Fun Fest (a huge fundraiser for us), as well as other important matters for the upcoming marching season.
